3D Week 01 Assignment (UE4 Simple Box Level)

Initial Setup
The first thing I did was import the UE4 mannequin to make sure I was working at the desired scale.

 

Next up was to bevel the edges of a cube.


I created several emissive textures to use throughout the level with varying degrees of emission and different colors. 


While playing around with the cube placement I felt that the cubes looked kind of like pixels and decide to go with it.
